4In paragraph 10 of Schedule 3, at the end of sub-paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the words " and by way of sums paid in respect of the domestic element of rate support grant for that area " , and at the end of sub-paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the words " (disregarding any reduction in that amount made in pursuance of section 6 of the Local Government Act 1966). " .
