(1)Any power conferred on a Minister by this Act to make an order, . . . F1 shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.
(2)An order under any provision of this Act, . . . F1, may be revoked or varied by a subsequent order under that provision.
(3)Any statutory instrument containing . . . F1 an order under section . . . F2, . . . F1, 35 . . . F3 of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
