This Act may be cited as the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967.

The M1Superannuation Act 1965 and sections 1 and 2(2) and (3) of this Act may be cited together as the Superannuation Acts 1965 and 1967.

The M2Governors’ Pensions Act 1957 and section 4 of this Act may be cited together as the Governors’ Pensions Acts 1957 and 1967.

F1Section 7 of this Act—

F1so far as it applies to England and Wales, may be cited together with the National Health Service Acts 1946 to 1966 as the National Health Service Acts 1946 to 1967;

F1so far as it applies to Scotland, may be cited together with the National Health Service (Scotland) Acts 1947 to 1966 as the National Health Service (Scotland) Acts 1947 to 1967.

Save where the context otherwise requires, any reference in this Act to any enactment or instrument shall be construed as a reference to that enactment or instrument as amended, extended or applied by or under any other enactment or instrument, including any enactment contained in this Act.
