Part III General
7 Interpretation, etc.—general.

In this Act “the principal Act” means the M1Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, and F1“the Authority”,. . ., “registered” and “registered society” have the same meanings as in that Act.

Sections F270A F3. . . and 72 of the principal Act (which contain supplemental provisions relating to fees F4F3. . . and documents) shall apply for the purposes of this Act as they apply for the purposes of that Act.
