Licensing (Amendment) Act 1967 (c. 51)

1 Exclusion of off-licences from Part VII of Licensing Act 1964.

Part VII of the [1964 c. 26.] Licensing Act 1964 shall not apply to justices' off-licences or to licensed premises for which a justices' off-licence only is in force.
