Inspectors of constabulary
34 Assistant inspectors and staff officers.

The Secretary of State may appoint assistant inspectors of constabulary.
F2(1A)
The chief inspector of constabulary may appoint staff officers to inspectors of constabulary.
(2)
Persons appointed under this section shall be paid such salary and allowances as the F3Scottish Ministers may determine.
