The Administration of Justice Act 1960 (c. 65) E+W

26 E+W In section 5 (power to order detention of defendant pending appeal by Crown) as it applies to England and Wales and also as it applies to Northern Ireland,—

(a) in subsection (1) after the word “bail” there shall be inserted the words “(which may be granted by the court as under section 4 above)” ;and

(b) subsection (2) shall be omitted.
