Fees.
94Abolition of fees in criminal proceedings in magistrates' courts

No fees shall be chargeable by a justice's clerk in respect of any criminal matter.
2
The foregoing subsection shall not prevent any such clerk from charging a fee for supplying, for use in connection with a matter which is not a criminal matter, a copy of a document prepared for use in connection with a criminal matter.
