Section 158 of the principal Act (which confers upon members of a company, holders of debentures of a company and persons who, though not members or holders of debentures of a company, are entitled to receive notices of general meetings of a company, rights to receive copies of every balance sheet, together with copies of the auditors' report) shall have effect as if references to the auditors' report included references to the directors' report.
