There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament any expenditure incurred by the Minister or the Secretary of State under this Act.

There shall be paid into the Exchequer any receipts of the Minister or the Secretary of State in pursuance of section 12(6) of this Act or paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 thereto and any sums received by the Minister or the Secretary of State by way of interest on, or repayment of, loans under section 9 of this Act.
