25 Citation, commencement and extent. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 and shall come into force at the expiration of a period of one month beginning with the date on which it is passed.

(2) This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
