Sections 6 and 7 of this Act shall not apply to the landing of salmon or migratory trout in Northern Ireland.

The following provisions of this Act, that is to say,—

a

F3section 1(1), (2), (5) and (7), and section 2,

b

section 9(1),

c

sections 11 and 12, so far as they relate to offences under F3section 1(1) and (2) or section 2,

d

section 15, so far as it relates to the enforcement of F3section 1(1) and (2) or of orders made thereunder, and

e

sections 13, 16, 17 and 18,

shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
