Repeals arising out of section 39 of this Act

The repeals in this Part of this Schedule are made subject to the provisions of Schedule 5 to this Act.
14 & 15 Geo. 6. c. 65.	The Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests') Act 1951.	In section 16(2), the paragraph (f) added by the Rent Act 1957.
2 & 3 Eliz. 2. c. 56.	The Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.	Section 6(4).

		In section 43(1)(c) the words (added by the Rent Act 1957) " or subsection (1) of section 21 of the Rent Act 1957 ".
		In Schedule 1, in paragraph 9 the words (added by the Rent Act 1957) following the word " rent ".
