7SWithout prejudice to paragraph 5 above, the reference to section 51 of the M1Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1945 as applied by the M2New Towns Act 1946 contained in Part II of Schedule 3 to the M3War Damage Act 1964 (which lists enactments repealed as from 1st October 1968) shall be construed as a reference to section 15(2) of this Act.
