15 Validation of certain provisions in colonial laws.U.K.

Notwithstanding anything in the M1Colonial Laws Validity Act 1865, no colonial law within the meaning of that Act shall be void or inoperative as being repugnant to the M2Admiralty Offences (Colonial) Act 1849, the M3Territorial Waters Jurisdiction Act 1878 or section [F1280 or section 281 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995] by reason only of making provision corresponding to section 5 of this Act.
