30BF1Criminal courts charge
The criminal courts charge duty (see section 46 of the Sentencing Code) applies to the Court of Appeal—
a
when dismissing an appeal under this Part of this Act by a person convicted of an offence against the person's conviction or sentence for the offence;
b
when dismissing an application for leave to bring such an appeal.
