(1)An appeal under section 26, 29, 30, 34, 36, 37 or 38 of this Act lies, in England and Wales, to [F1the Crown Court] and, in Scotland, in accordance with Act of Sederunt to the sheriff.
(2)In relation to an appeal specified in the first column of Part I of Schedule 5 to this Act—

having jurisdiction to entertain the appeal.
