SCHEDULE 1Consequential Amendments

Section 60(1).

The M1Public Health (Scotland) Act 1897

There shall be inserted at the end of section 28 the words, " Nothing in this section shall detract from any duty imposed or power conferred by the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968 ".

There shall be inserted at the beginning of section 116 the words " Subject to the provisions of Part II of the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968 ".

In Schedule 6, item 11, for the words "Section 139 of the Public Health (Scotland) Act 1897" there shall be substituted the words " The Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968 ".

The M3Radioactive Substances Act I960

There shall be inserted at the end of Part II of Schedule 1 the words " 17. The Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968 ".
