SCHEDULE 7 Transitional Provisions
Contributions in respect of children taken into care

After the commencement of Part II of this Act and until the commencement of Part VI thereof, Part III of the M1Children Act 1948 shall have the like effect in relation to children taken into care under section 15 of this Act as it had in relation to children taken into care under section 1 of that Act.
