40U.K.In section 43(3), after the word “1948” there shall be inserted the words “or, as the case may be, section 15 of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968”, and for the words “that section” there shall be substituted the words “the said section 1 or, as the case may be, the said section 15”.
