4In addition to the inspectors appointed under section 43 of this Act, the Board may appoint such officers and servants as, after consultation with the Secretary of State and with the consent of the Treasury, the Board may determine ; and the Board shall be included among the bodies specified in Schedule 8 to the [1965 c. 74.] Superannuation Act 1965.
