8E+W+SParagraphs 14 to 16 of Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect in relation to any application for registration or renewal of registration of a club or institute in Scotland under Part II of this Act as they have effect in relation to applications for the grant or renewal of licences under this Act, but as if in paragraph 14 of that Schedule—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1), for the words from “the beginning” to the end there were substituted the words “the day on which the sheriff considers the application.”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (2), the references to the appropriate local authority and the appropriate [F1fire and rescue authority] were omitted.
