1 (1) [F1 the Minister for Health, Social Services and Public Safety] may by order make provision for the application of this Act in relation to druggists subject to such exceptions and modifications as may be specified in the order. U.K.

(2) In this paragraph “druggist” means a person registered in the register of druggists for Northern Ireland made out and maintained under [F2 Articles 6 and 9 of the M1 Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976].
