11U.K.[F1The Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979, except article 5(2)(a) of that Order] (which requires the responsible officer of each rule-making authority making any statutory rules to send copies of them, and certain information, to the Ministry of Finance for Northern Ireland for registration [F1under that Order]), shall not apply to any orders or regulations made under this Act by statutory instrument.
