84 Offences under Part IV.U.K.

[F1(A1)A person who fails to comply with either of the following shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale—

(a)subsection (4) of section 72A of this Act (which requires the making of entries in a record relating to the responsible pharmacist),

(b)subsection (5) of that section (which requires the keeping and preservation of the record).]

(1)Any person who contravenes section 77 of this Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding [F2level 3 on the standard scale].

(2)Any person who contravenes section 78 of this Act or who contravenes any regulations made under section 79(2) of this Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding [F3level 3 on the standard scale].
