2E+W+N.I.No person who is for the time being a member of the Authority for [F2the integrated transport area or, as the case may be, ][F3the combined authority area or] the passenger transport area shall be appointed as a member of the Executive, and any person appointed to be a member of the Executive who subsequently becomes a member of the Authority for [F2the integrated transport area or, as the case may be,] [F3the combined authority area or] the passenger transport area shall forthwith vacate his membership of the Executive.
