6 Meaning of “country of exportation,” and export price and fair market price there.

For the purposes of this Act “country of exportation”, in relation to any goods, means the country from which they were consigned to the United Kingdom; and where goods, in the course of consignment from any country to the United Kingdom, pass through or are transhipped in any third country, that third country shall not on that account be regarded for purposes of this Act as the country of exportation.

The export price of goods from a country as the country of exportation, or the fair market price of goods in a country as the country of exportation, shall be determined as (in accordance with section 3 or 4 above) the corresponding price from or in the country of origin is to be determined F2in a case where section 5(3) above does not apply.
