31(1)In relation to anything falling to be done after 31st March 1971 the Transport Act 1968 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in sub-pargraph (2) of this paragraph.U.K.
(2)In section 13(2) and in paragraph 2 of Part I of Schedule 5, for the words “one penny” there shall be substituted the words “one new penny”.
