92 (1) As from the appointed day, section 70(1) of the [1969 c. 30.] Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1969 (new provisions as to what is " operational land " of statutory undertakers) shall, in relation to the authority, have effect with the substitution, for the reference to section 113(1) of the Act of 1947, of a reference to paragraph 93(4) below.

(2) The said section 70 shall not apply to land in the case of which an interest therein of the Postmaster General vests in the authority by virtue of section 16 of this Act.

(3) In paragraph 5 of Schedule 9 to the [1969 c. 30.] Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1969 (construction of certain statutory references to the acquisition of land and to land acquired) any reference to an enactment other than the Act of 1947 and that Act and the reference to a statutory provision shall include a reference to section 55 of this Act.
