Section 10 of the M3Savings Banks Act 1887 (issue, for specially low fee, of certificate of birth, marriage or death for purposes of Acts relating to savings banks and government annuities).For the words “Post Office Savings Banks” there shall be substituted the words “the National Savings Bank”.
