52Any reference to the Postmaster General in a prospectus issued with respect to securities issued under the [1939 c. 117.] National Loans Act 1939 or the [1968 c. 13.] National Loans Act 1968 shall, as from the appointed day, be construed as referring to the Director of Savings.
