15E+WIt shall be lawful for a person detained in any place in pursuance of section 27 of the M1Criminal Justice Act 1948 at the time when paragraph 24 of Schedule 5 to this Act comes into force to be detained there thereafter, until he is next delivered thence in due course of law, as if that paragraph had not come into force.
