80 E+W+S In Part I of Schedule 9 to the said Act of 1968, in the entry relating to the Children Act 1958, in the third column, for the words “Section 2(6) and (7)” there shall be substituted the words—

“In section 2, in subsection (4) the words from “or by virtue of” to “of an approved school”, and subsections (6) and (7).”
