Any person who attempts to commit an offence under this Act shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person who, for the purpose of committing an offence under this Act, has in his possession any poisonous F1or explosive substance F2, any explosive article or any firearm or ammunition F3... shall be guilty of an offence.
