SCHEDULE 7 S Contents of Certificate Stating a Default

1 SA certificate which is lodged in court by the creditor for the purposes of section 22 or 24 of this Act shall contain the information required by the following provisions of this Schedule.

2 SA certificate shall state—

(i) the name and address of the creditor and shall specify the standard security in respect of which the default is alleged to have occurred by reference to the original creditor and debtor therein and to the particulars of its registration;

(ii) the nature of the default with full details thereof.

3 SThe certificate shall be signed by the creditor or his solicitor, and a certificate which does not comply w1th the foregoing requirements of this Schedule shall not be received in evidence for the purposes ofthe said section 22 or 24.
