The Agricultural Land (Utilisation) Act 1931 (21 & 22 Geo. 5. c. 41)

At the end of section 12 there shall be added the following proviso:-

“Provided that this section shall have effect subject to section 60 of the Agriculture Act 19 7 0"

The Agriculture Act 1947 (10 & 11 Geo. 6. c. 48)

In section 58, in subsection (1), after the words “they may" there shall be inserted the words “at any time before the passing of the Agriculture Ac t 1970".

In Schedule 8, in Part II, in the first entry, for the words from “the application" to the end of the entry, there shall be substituted the words “ any regulations made under section 52(2) of the Agriculture Act 1970 ”, and in the second entry, for the words “not authorised by Part IV of this Act" there shall be substituted the words “not authorised by Part III of the Agriculture Act 1970"
