98 Extent of Part VI.
F1The Scottish Environment Protection Agency may exercise the powers conferred by F2section 92(1) of this Act in an area in England subject (except in the case of the power to maintain apparatus) to prior consultation with F3the Environment Agency; but save as aforesaid this Part of this Act extends to Scotland only.
