In section 16(2) of that Act (exemption from jury service of persons concerned with criminal cases) after paragraph (c) insert:—

“(cc)

officers of the Crown Court, and persons appointed or employed to assist them, being officers or other persons whose work is wholly or mainly concerned with the day-to-day administration of the Crown Court”.
