In the definition of " drug addict" contained in section 16(1) of the [1960 c. 48.] Matrimonial Proceedings (Magistrates' Courts) Act 1960, for the words from " any drug " to " applies " there shall be substituted the words " any controlled drug within the meaning of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 ".
