Sch. I Pt. I amended (1.1.1992) by S.I. 1991/2699, art. 2 which provides that Pt. C26 By S.I. 1974/1964, art. 3 it is provided that Pt. I of Sch. 1 to this Act shall have effect as if there were specified therein the Tribunal in England and Wales constituted under Part I of Sch. 3 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

C27 By Civil Aviation Act 1982 (c. 16, SIF 9), s. 7(3)(a) it is provided that the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 shall have effect as if the CAA were a tribunal specified in Part I of Schedule 1 to that Act
