SCHEDULE 2 Transitory Provisions

Rules made under section 7A of Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1958 before 13th December 1966

Any rules in force in Scotland by virtue of section 7A of the M1Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1958 immediately before 13th December 1966 shall, if in force at the commencement of this Act, continue in force as if made under section 11 of this Act.
