SCHEDULE 3 Consequential Amendments

The Lands Tribunal Act 1949 (12 7 13 Geo. 6. c. 42)

For section 3(12)(a) of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949 (substituted by section 50 of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970) there shall be substituted—

“(a)
Subsection (4) of this section shall not apply;”.
