4U.K.Notwithstanding anything in section 1(3) of this Act, it shall not be lawful for a person who is not [F1a British citizen] [F2or an Irish citizen] to enter the United Kingdom from any of the Islands where his presence was unlawful under the immigration laws of that island, unless he is given leave to enter.
