12 Immigration Appeal Tribunal and adjudicators. U.K.

The Immigration Appeal Tribunal and adjudicators provided for by the M1Immigration Appeals Act 1969 shall continue for purposes of this Act, and—

[F1(a)members of the Tribunal and adjudicators shall be appointed by the Lord Chancellor; and

(b)Schedule 5 to this Act shall have effect in relation to the adjudicators and the Tribunal.]
