The revocation by paragraph 43(1) of Schedule 14 to the Act of 1962 of Regulation 6 of the [S.I. 1948/1522.] Town and Country Planning (Modification of Mines Act) Regulations 1948 (being regulations made under the provisions of the Act of 1947 corresponding to section 265 of this Act) does not affect the operation of any of the other provisions of those regulations in accordance with Part I of this Schedule.
