• Section 53 of the [1949 c. 44.] Superannuation Act 1949.

• So much of section 2(7) of the [1954 c. 38.] Supreme Court Officers (Pensions) Act 1954 as provides for such employments of such persons as are referred to therein to be treated as having been employment in the civil service of the State.
