Section 23.

SCHEDULE 5 Persons Referred to in Section 23

1 The President of the Transport Tribunal.

2 A person holding the office of Judge Advocate General who duly elects, or has duly elected, that section 34(1) of the [1951 c. 46.] Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1951 shall apply to him.

3 A registrar to whom section 4 of the [1924 c. 17.] County Courts Act 1924 applies.

4 A person to whom the provisions of section 128(1) of the [1925 c. 49.] Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925, other than the proviso to that subsection, apply.

5 Any such registrar as is referred to in section 21 of the [1934 c. 53.] County Courts Act 1934, or in relation to whom that section applies by virtue of section 25(2) of the [1956 c. 46.] Administration of Justice Act 1956, other than a registrar who for the purposes of superannuation is deemed by virtue of the said section 21 or the said section 25(2), as the case may be, to be employed in the civil service of the State.

6 Any person in relation to whom, by virtue of rules made under section 39A of the [1965 c. 74.] Superannuation Act 1965, that Act applies with or without modification.
