X170U.K.In section 7(2) of the Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1968 for the words from “the Superannuation” to the end substitute “ the principal civil service scheme within the meaning of section 2 of the Superannuation Act 1972 and for the time being in force shall, with the necessary adaptations, apply to officers and servants of the Court as it applies to other persons employed in the civil service of the State ”.
