X112U.K.In section 28 of the Administration of Justice (Scotland) Act 1933 for the words from “the conditions” to the end substitute “ the principal civil service pension scheme within the meaning of section 2 of the Superannuation Act 1972 and for the time being in force shall apply in relation to persons appointed to any such office as it applies in relation to persons to whom section 1 of that Act applies ”.
