12E+W+SThe repeal of any enactment by this Act shall not affect any pension, allowance or gratuity granted under section 79(8) of the M1Land Drainage Act 1930, section 80(7) thereof or section 53 of the M2Thames Conservancy Act 1950 before the commencement of this Act, and any such pension, allowance or gratuity shall continue to be paid as if this Act had not been passed.
